Indira Gandhi National Open University has released a recruitment notification of Junior Assistant cum Typist (JAT) vacancy in December 2023. All the interested candidates can get complete details on this page and apply online for the position. Apart from Junior Assistant, it also came up with Stenographer vacancy with 52 openings.
Before applying for the vacancy, candidates will have to submit a fee of the following for the different categories:
For General (Unreserved)/OBC Candidates: Rs. 1000/-
For Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ EWS/ Female Candidates: Rs. 600/-
For PwBD Candidates: NIL

You can start applying for these positions from 1st December 2023 and the closing date for applying for these positions is 21st December till 11:59 pm. Exam dates will be announced later on the official website.
Candidates who are of minimum 18 years and are not over 27 years can apply for JAT position and those who are willing to apply for the stenographer position, they should be of max 30 years of age. However, age relaxation will be applicable to candidates who are of different reserved categories as per government rules.
